Shopping with RIBBONS GALORE : ribbons & trims by the metre

When shopping for ribbons, enter the online store by clicking on the Ribbons Galore box to the left. Here you will be offered three easy ways to shop for ribbons and trims by the metre:

Shop by DESIGN:

This area displays our ribbons by collection. If you are looking for a particular type of ribbon, for example striped ribbons, you can choose this category and browse all our striped ribbons available in varying colours and widths.

Shop by COLOUR:

Here at Ribbons Galore we know sometimes you are just looking for a particular colour of ribbon. In this shopping area you can view our ribbons and trims displayed by colour. Please remember, one ribbon may appear in two or more colour categories if it is multicoloured.

Shop by WIDTH:

Occasionally you may be looking for a particular width of ribbon to suit your project. For example, you may need a 10mm wide ribbon for your invitations. This is the section where all our ribbons are sorted by their width.

Shopping with RG WHOLESALE : whole rolls of ribbon

This is the section where you can purchase whole rolls of grosgrain and dotty grosgrain at wholesale prices. You do not need to be a “wholesale” customer, all our customers have access to these ribbons.

Shopping in the CRAFT STORE : supplies for modern crafters

The Craft Store sells items, tools and gadgets which compliment our ribbons, for example, key fob hardware and hair snap clips.

Shopping with QUITE CONTRARY : beautiful handmade products

For a long time before Ribbons Galore opened, its owner Fiona Carter has produced lovely handmade items. In the Quite Contrary section you can purchase items such as fabric pouches embellished with ribbon and key rings.

What happens when I place an order with Ribbons Galore?

For your convenience your progressive shopping cart will appear in the top of the page so you can keep track of your purchases as you shop. To save your order between visits, please register or login to your account while shopping.

Once you have placed all your items into your shopping cart, you can review your order before finalising your it. During checkout, you can choose your postage method and payment method. This is also the time to add a gift certificate code or discount coupon if you have one.

When your your order has been completed, you will receive an email from Ribbons Galore with your order number and order confirmation. If you chose to pay by EFT (direct deposit), this email will have Ribbons Galore’s bank details. If you paid for your order with PayPal, you will receive a separate email from PayPal with your payment confirmation. If you do not receive these emails, please check your junk/spam email folders. If you still can not locate these emails, please check your account on Ribbons Galore that your order has been completed.

Your paid order will be packed and posted within five working days. Once your order has been posted, you will receive another email from Ribbons Galore advising you of this, and any parcel tracking number if you choose registered mail , express post or parcel post.

What payment methods does Ribbons Galore accept?

Ribbons Galore accepts payments via PayPal and, for Australian customers, direct credit payments.

We accept credit card payments. Our credit card payments are processed through PayPal.

You do not need be a PayPal account holder to complete our PayPal payments.

We do not process credit card payments ourselves, and can not take your credit card number over the phone or via an email.

We also accept direct credit payments from our Australian customers. The bank details will be emailed to you with your order confirmation. Please include your order number in your transaction details when transferring the money. Payments by direct credit must be received within 5 working days of placing the order, or the order will be cancelled.

I can not finalise my order

One of the reasons for this is there may not be enough product in stock to fulfil your order. Please look for *** next to a product in your shopping cart. This indicates there is not enough stock for your order. You’ll need to adjust the quantity to be able to complete checkout.
